Register for Fall Educators' Conference

Save the date! Raintree School is hosting a gathering of educators aimed at promoting an informed, significant, and realistic change in education while sharing innovative approaches and research to enhance place-based learning in wild spaces. We call it Vaskebjorn.

By showcasing all the Midwest has to offer and highlighting the richness and depth of learning that can be attained through this approach, participants will leave inspired and equipped for teaching in this vital time for our planet.

The Congress will be held October 15th, 2016. Renowned author David Sobel and director of Litzsinger Road Ecology Center, Bob Coulter, will give keynote addresses, and Raintree faculty will discuss key issues in place-based learning and forest kindergarten.

Raintree School is proud to maintain its support of nature-filled place-based education with committed teachers dedicated to making nature-loving, proactive citizens a reality.
